This policy explains how Digital Khaos Ltd handles personal data on this website. It covers this marketing site only. The Method platform itself has its own privacy notice, shown when you sign in.
Who we are
Digital Khaos Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11962099. Registered office: Plus X Innovation Hub, Lewes Road, Brighton BN2 4GL. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it at hello@digital-khaos.co.uk.
What we collect and why
This site collects very little. There are three things:
- Emails you send us. The buttons on this site open your own email app. If you write to us to request access or book a walkthrough, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, firm and message. We use it to reply to you and to arrange access to Method. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
- The early access list. If you ask for access before launch, we keep your name, email address and firm on a list so we can contact you about your access and about the launch. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in the context of a business-to-business relationship you asked for. You can come off the list at any time by emailing us or by using the unsubscribe link in anything we send.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and to keep the site running. Vercel may process this data in the United States under its data processing agreement, which includes the safeguards required by UK data protection law.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embeds. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Sharing
We do not sell or share the personal data described above with anyone, except the service providers who run our email and hosting for us, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and the early access list are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the short periods set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, and ask us to restrict it. Email hello@digital-khaos.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change what this site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
